REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

• Applicants must be holder of  Bachelor’s Degree in Science or is expected to finish the course before the start of school year 2005-2006
• Within or in addition to the Bachelor’s degree, the applicant must have the following academic credits:

      SUBJECT UNITS

• Mathematics                                              9 units
  (preferably Algebra, Trigonometry
  And Statistics)
• Chemistry                                                 10 units
• Biology                                                      15 units
     c.1. Zoology                                           10 units
     c.2. Botany                                              5 units
• Physics                                                       5 units
• Social Sciences                                           9 units
• Applicants must submit certificate true copy of NMAT score
• Original Transcript of Record
• Birth Certificate Issued by NSO
• Once requirements #1-5 have been submitted and evaluated applicant must fill up completely and accurately one (1) information sheet available at the office of the  Dean, Program of Medicine.
